Conference Report

The 2004 Conference examined how to increase productivity and profits, at the same time strengthening ethical awareness. Participants shared their experiences on how self-development programs had helped them to improve teamwork, enhance leadership and boost creativity, guiding corporations to a serene, yet dynamic workplace, which ultimately led to improved profitability.

The 2003 Conference focused on the transformation of corporate culture and society, finding solutions to the problems faced by organizations today.Both Conferences took place at the International Headquarters of IAHV in Bangalore, India.
