The selection criteria consist of the following:

a) A Letter of Motivation (please describe in max. 500 words your motivation to participate in the World Forum of Ethics and Business, including your thoughts on Ethics in Business)

b) Your Curriculum Vitae, including your humanitarian initiatives and services to the community

c) 1-2 Letters of Recommendation

d) An essay in max. 500 words about "What are your ideas to promote the World Forum of Ethics and Business in your community".

Registration Fee
The registration of €1500 fee includes:

4-day workshop and preparation “Call of the Youth” with speakers from the business, academic and political worlds (15 November – 20 November 2010)

4 nights full board and lodging in the Hotel Mercure in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium Lunch in the European Parliament during the conference on Ethics and business / Corporate Culture and Spirituality. (15 November – 20 November 2010)

Scholarships are available on application
On request a partial scholarship is available. Please include the request in your letter of motivation.

Maximum scholarship is € 1150,- ( € 350,- remain to be paid )

What happens next?
We will confirm receipt of your application by email. If you have not received this within 1 weeks, please contact the Event O ffice (see contact info below). Your application will only be taken into consideration if we receive all information requested (see Checklist below) by 15 October 2010. You will be noti fied whether or not you have been selected for participation and/or a scholarship by the 17 October 2010. If you are selected you will have to transfer the registration fee till the 20 October 2010.
