Executive Management
Christoph Glaser
Born and raised in Basel, Switzerland, Christoph Glaser is since 2005 the Executive Director for the APEX Europe for the International Association for Human Values (IAHV). For the past ten years, Christoph has traveled throughout the world conducting the Achieving Personal Excellence (APEX) program for top-level executives from business and governmental agencies in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He has been instrumental in establishing public-private partnerships for social development initiatives and currently also leads various humanitarian service projects of the International Association for Human Values, Europe.
Christoph is a Board Member of the International Association for Human Values and served from 2006 - 2009 as the Managing Director of the annual International Leadership Symposium on Ethics in Business. Christoph served in various positions with Credit Suisse, prior to heading up the executive programs for IAHV. He holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Basel, Switzerland and graduated with an honors from the Basel Vocational Business School.

Dr. Djordjija Petkoski

Dr. Djordjija Petkoski is Lead Specialist and Program Leader, WBI at the World Bank. Since joining the World Bank in 1992, he has focused on competitiveness and sustainable development, corporate responsibility, ethics and anti-corruption, corporate governance, leadership and leading change, with work experience in Asia, Latin America, the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe and Africa.
He serves on the Academic Advisory Board of the Carol and Lawrence Zicklin Center for Business Ethics Research, The Wharton School, and is a member of the Private and Public, Scientific, Academic, and Consumer Food Policy Committee at Harvard University. He was a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at Harvard University and a Visiting Scholar at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
He is the author of 15 books and over 120 articles, and has delivered lectures at leading universities and international organizations. He co-teaches a course on Corporate Responsibility and Ethics at Wharton Business School. He holds a MPA degree (Harvard University), a PhD in economics (University of Zagreb), and a PhD in electrical engineering (University of Belgrade).

Ewald Poeran
Ewald Krishna Poeran was born in 1967 in Paramaribo, Surinam.
As a trainer of the APEX course (Achieving Personal Excellence), he has given trainings on stress management and corporate social responsibility to managers of various companies, such as Shell, ANWB, and the tax ministry in the Netherlands. Mr. Poeran has also been since 2006 a Director of the International Business & Leadership Symposium and organized several high-level conferences such as the International Conference “Living Values A Call to Action” in Amsterdam in 2000 and the Interfaith Conference in The Hague. His work has also involved cooperation with the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague.
Since 2001 as President of the International Association for Human Values (IAHV) Netherlands. He is also the CEO of Shankara Europe Holding BV. Previously, Mr. Poeran served in several position in the IT-field and as an officer in the Dutch army.
